Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Sitter to provide homemaker services in the home. As a key member of our team, you will work under the direction of a Case Manager to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and Agency personnel to ensure seamless care.
  • Document services provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and write with clarity and accuracy.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Pass a TB skin test and provide proof of vaccination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
