About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Global Human Resources to lead our global HR functions. This individual will report directly to our COO and serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with ELT to design and implement talent programs, and executing reporting metrics to ensure company objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities
* Translate corporate objectives into impactful HR strategies
* Partner with ELT to develop and implement effective talent programs
* Improve HRIS tools and ensure consistency and accuracy of human resources data
* Deliver key reporting and metrics to ensure company objectives are met
* Embed company values throughout the organization
* Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all programs and geographies
* Provide thought leadership and coaching to ELT leadership team to drive high-performing culture and operational excellence

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Master's with 15+ years of experience
* 6 years of people leadership experience gained through progressive leadership roles
* Strong track record leading international and matrixed HR teams
* Global HR leadership experience, prior experience leading in manufacturing environment
* Demonstrated expertise across HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational efficiency, employee engagement, employee relations, project management, and process implementation
