  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to maintenance team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues, using technical knowledge and expertise to find creative solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a leadership role.
