Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple electrical engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. Key responsibilities include:
  • Project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Resource allocation and team management
  • Cost estimation, tracking, and control
  • Quality assurance and risk management
  • Stakeholder communication and project reporting

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of combined experience in electrical and project engineering. You should possess strong technical knowledge, including MV & LV electrical power distribution, switchgear, transformers, and power systems studies. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug insurance, company-paid life insurance, disability insurance, paid family leave, flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), wellness programs, and incentives.
