Master Wood Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Wood Fabricator to join our team at Bednark Studio Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wood fabrication, with experience in managing tasks, tracking production schedules, and maintaining high-quality work.

• Fabrication: Receive and review technical drawings, manage task priorities, and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Department Operations: Contribute to the fabrication process, maintain a clean workspace, and operate at a high level of professionalism.
• Systems and Safety: Conduct clear communications, submit requests for materials and tools, and maintain a safe work environment.

• 5+ years of experience in wood fabrication or carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of wood species, engineered sheet goods, joinery, hardware, and cabinet-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
