Pediatrix is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. As a Neonatologist with Pediatrix, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Level-III, 60-bed NICU, providing high-quality care to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to newborns in the NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including residents and nurse practitioners, to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care
