This is a full-time role with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing daily batches of cupcakes.
• Decorating cupcakes according to established standards.
• Organizing baked goods for easy access by staff.
• Creating custom cakes for various occasions.
• Engaging with customers to assist in their selections.
• Baking cookies and cake pops.
• Utilizing buttercream and fondant for cake decoration.
• Packaging finished products appropriately.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cake baking.
• At least 3 years of cake decorating experience.
• Experience with fondant is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
