Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Body Paint Shop Apprentice at Team Kia of Bend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for paint, ensuring a flawless finish
  • Help sand, mask, and clean panels with precision
  • Under the guidance of experienced technicians, mix and spray primer and paint
  • Support the Painter with prep and painting duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and shop area
  • Verify parts and follow Repair Order details meticulously
  • Participate in hands-on training to develop skills as a paint technician, with opportunities for future certifications
