- Conducting Legal Research: Performing legal analysis to offer informed advice to clients and colleagues.
- Client Advisory: Providing counsel to clients on matters related to bankruptcy.
- Preparation of Legal Documents: Drafting essential legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
- Negotiation Skills: Engaging in discussions with opposing parties to facilitate settlements.
