Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Oversee the operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes
  • Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring Pharmacy Support Staff to achieve their full potential
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
