Position Summary: At Wells, we specialize in the design, production, and erection of precast structures. Our production laborers are essential in delivering high-quality concrete products while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is not required, but it is a plus. This role offers a great opportunity for skill development and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently strip, set up, and pour concrete beds.
- Work alongside the Quality Control Department to maintain optimal product quality.
- Follow directions from Team Leaders and Supervisors.
- Adapt to various tasks in different areas, including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, and Finish Building.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness while performing duties.
- Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance departmental efficiencies.
- Understand quality protocols and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Approach work with a positive attitude and fulfill job requirements diligently.
- Demonstrate awareness of daily tasks and anticipate next steps independently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness and ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting.
- Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
- Consistent attendance is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to follow work orders accurately.
