Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, and tea
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and restrooms
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
