- Main Responsibilities:
- Comply with and promote all Safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Attend daily huddles and tool box talks, identifying potential hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including day/night shifts and extended hours.
- Climb ladders, perform strenuous work, shovel and lay asphalt, and push a wheelbarrow.
- Assist with project layout, marking roadway structures, and operating a tack wagon.
- Load and unload tools and equipment, and assist in backing dump trucks safely.
- Ensure assigned equipment is properly maintained and kept clean.
- Participate in daily project inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness.
