Salary: $55-65K

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute employee benefit payroll deductions efficiently.
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain accurate personnel database and payroll records.
- Verify time and attendance records for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR team members to update and maintain employee data in the payroll system.
- Stay informed about multi-state payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll promptly and professionally.
- Offer appropriate payroll-related guidance to supervisors and managers.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for management review.
- Aid in year-end procedures, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
- Multistate and union payroll experience is a plus
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
