About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Salude. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and enriching the lives of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in the field of nursing.
Requirements
  • Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state.
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • License in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
