Job Description

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to enhance visibility into business metrics and insights through effective data analysis and visualization techniques.

The Business Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with our Sales, Commercial & Sales Operations, and Supply Chain Teams to ensure that performance data is readily accessible to the organization. Additionally, this role will support the sales team by providing essential operational metrics, including open orders and overdue invoices.

The Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in driving improvements in business effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging various business tools, such as SFDC, Tableau, and SAP. This position will also involve contributing to training initiatives for the Teams regarding business tools and processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the performance of diverse systems.
  • Establish customer profiles in the VWTS systems.
  • Initiate sales orders.
  • Set up project frameworks.
  • Monitor customers on credit hold.
  • Prepare work orders for aftermarket Field Service Representatives.
  • Track purchase order shipments.
  • Invoice projects accurately.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable follow-ups.
  • Oversee vendor invoice payments.
  • Monitor commission tracking to ensure accurate payments.
  • Receive material goods within the VWTS systems.
  • Release projects in SAP.
  • Maintain and update Sales Tax information in the portal.
  • Analyze and assess key performance indicators critical to quality.
  • Support periodic business review activities.
  • Engage in business analysis and improvement initiatives.
