Litigation Support Specialist Role

The Goldman Law Firm is seeking a dedicated full-time Litigation Support Specialist to enhance our team. This position is suitable for candidates with a passion for legal support and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage litigation timelines, including discovery and deposition schedules.
  • Handle incoming calls and prepare conference rooms for client meetings.
  • Systematically organize, digitize, and archive incoming correspondence.
  • Assist with case management tasks, including document organization and electronic filing.
  • Draft and submit legal documents to both state and federal courts.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread discovery materials and responses.
  • Familiarize with state court trial schedules and aid in document preparation.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week in the office, Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Competence in utilizing software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Excel.
