Role Overview

The RN Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while exemplifying leadership and collaboration. This role involves providing guidance and oversight to clinic staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care that meets industry standards and exceeds expectations
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for growth and developing actionable solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in primary care and related fields
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development and growth

Salary and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,549 to $136,331 per year, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Additionally, you may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a strong academic record
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with a specialization in primary care or a related field
  • Experience working in outpatient or urgent care settings
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare information systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments

Physical Job Requirements
