Your Role

Koch Industries is seeking a Logistics Materials Supervisor to enhance our operational team. This position is focused on managing the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
  • Promote a culture of safety by engaging the team in training and discussions aimed at minimizing risks and damages.
  • Guide and mentor team members in setting objectives and achieving performance targets for the logistics department.
  • Ensure that all material movements within the facility are executed properly to maintain product quality and prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping processes and manage warehouse functions efficiently.
  • Work with other shifts to implement continuous improvement initiatives and foster positive employee relations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Proven leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work evening shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Background in supply chain management or inventory oversight.
  • Familiarity with data entry and inventory management systems.
