We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical PD Lead Engineer to join our team at QuEST Global. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and electromechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hardware components and systems for product development and validation teams
  • Develop specifications and project plans to execute designs, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Act as a team lead and individual contributor to conduct detailed design work, create 3D models, and drive design reviews
Requirements:
  • Fluent in NX and advanced surfacing techniques
  • Proven experience designing high precision mechanisms and electromechanical assemblies and systems
  • Expertise in various manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, sheet metal stamping, forging, and die casting
  • Strong understanding of product life cycle management, especially early stage development and production and launch
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience in making production drawings for consumer electronics in NX
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting electric, electronic, and mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Ability to quickly make tradeoff decisions to drive progress based on engineering fundamentals
