* Analyze monthly financials and cash flows for multiple properties
* Prepare bank and GL reconciliations

* File state and local taxes
* Continuously make recommendations for business process improvement
* Perform various year-end processes
* Assist with annual budget

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* At least 2 years of Accounting experience, including internships
* Experience with Real Page and Sage 300 Timberline software is highly preferred
* Experience with Fixed Asset system is preferred
