• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and quality manner
• Calmly resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift 50 pounds
• Practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and punctuality
