Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Medicine Physician to join our team at Sparrow Health System in Michigan. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading medical teams, and contributing to the development of our hospital medicine program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions
- Lead and collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital medicine policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians
- Current MI state license
- Visa Candidates encouraged to apply
- 10-hour shifts, days only
- No ICU, procedures, or codes, but there is RRT
