Job Title: Blender Operator Class E

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Wausau. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our blending equipment to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh and measure materials and ingredients to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Test samples of materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Start and monitor blending equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collect and record data on production and quality control.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Grated Team Leader and/or DRE.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
