Key Qualifications:


• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution is required. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the field as a substitute for each year of education.

• Proficiency in Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, and OpenShift deployments.

Desirable Qualifications:


• At least 8 years of hands-on Java development experience.


• Familiarity with Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift deployments, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, and various design patterns.


• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and/or Test-Driven Development environments.


• Involvement in project lifecycle activities for development and enhancement projects.


• Comprehensive understanding of modern application architecture with practical experience in Microservices.


• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Event-Driven Services, and Cloud Native Application Development.


• Strong knowledge of API design is essential.


• Some familiarity with DevOps practices, including Pipelines and CI/CD tools, is required.


• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design is crucial.


• Excellent analytical abilities.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• A desire to work in a global delivery environment.
