Job Overview
As a Sales Associate at Knitwell Group, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by providing exceptional client services through relationship building, sharing style and product information, and presenting a clean and safe store environment. Your primary responsibilities include embracing our values, setting an example through your behaviors, and being responsible for compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to consistently meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals.
  • Provide excellent client service by anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to ANN INC. service experience standards.
  • Address client concerns, coming to resolution when possible, and involving management where appropriate.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as assigned.
  • Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, with the ability to implement and maintain them according to ANN INC.'s guidelines.

Compensation$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on location). Benefits include flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
