We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team at ScionHealth. As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the recovery process for critically ill and medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patient pain, medication, and vital signs to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • At least six months of Medical-Surgical experience in an acute-care setting, with Critical Care experience preferred.
  • BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an Associate's degree from an accredited Institution as a Registered Nurse (RN).
