About the RoleThis position is part of the Carrier North American Residential Solutions strategy team, seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to maintain an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through monitoring reports, market research, data manipulation, and analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with business unit leadership on special projects, assist in crafting internal and external presentations, and provide market insights and reports to senior management and various internal management teams.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through monitoring reports, market research, data manipulation, and analysis
- Thoroughly analyze key industry trends, the general social, economic, and political environment, legal and regulatory issues
- Provide market insights and reports to senior management and various internal management teams to facilitate effective strategic and tactical decision-making
- Assist departmental leadership on evaluating and executing on key strategic projects and departmental goals
- Coordinate and manage special projects and presentations on a regular basis and serve as a focal point for the organization
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Marketing, with 5+ years of prior work experience in economics, accounting, finance, statistics, or marketing, or a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in these fields. Additionally, you should have 1+ year of experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, and 1+ year of advanced knowledge and work in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
