Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced scheduling software to create and maintain the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and project timelines
  • Oversee the Project Financial Report (PFR) to accurately forecast committed, allocated, and unallocated costs, as well as potential savings or losses
  • Prepare the monthly Construction Financial Report (CFR) to reflect the projected financial health of the project, utilizing insights on margin improvements
  • Plan and manage project-specific Non-Billable Costs to achieve margin objectives, ensuring accurate projections for the CFR
  • Utilize the Job Dashboard to monitor project status and manage all facets of the initiative, including updates on challenges and quarterly reporting
  • Develop and oversee a Work Plan for Confidential Payroll employees, ensuring accurate cost projections
  • Assess subcontractor payment requests by evaluating labor and material completion against actual site conditions
  • Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance through effective management of various insurance programs
  • Manage Self-Perform financials to align with project margin goals, including estimating and vendor contracts
  • Implement the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program to ensure project success
  • Facilitate the internal review and execution of Subcontractor Change Orders (SCO) efficiently
  • Comprehend the complete change management process to maintain clarity in financial aspects
  • Oversee the internal review and execution of Owner Change Orders (OCO) in collaboration with the Owner and Design Team
  • Manage subcontractor buyout and reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle

Physical Requirements

Candidates must possess the physical capability to perform tasks safely in both office and construction site environments, including:
