Job Description:

  • Schedule, organize, and oversee work within the department.
  • Complete tasks within the designated time frame and inform the supervisor of any deviations from the time standard during the process.
  • Maintain physical inventory within the work cell.
  • Complete job-related paperwork, ensuring accurate recording of labor and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tooling, keeping them in safe and efficient working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Assist assemblers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-training according to the product's skills matrix documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: High School (required)
