Job SummaryThe Residential Sanitation Professional will perform cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas, such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
- Clean and sanitize all floors, stairways, lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures; stock dispensers as necessary.
- Collect trash and refuse from work areas and place in designated pick-up areas.
- Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing the community laundry.
- Maintain equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, previous housekeeping experience preferred. They should be able to communicate effectively, read, and interpret documents, and demonstrate an interest in working with seniors. The successful candidate will interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $30,000-$40,000, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive wages, paid time off, and holidays (full-time employees), as well as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, and an outstanding 401(k) plan with company match.
