Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse

OneStaff Medical is a renowned healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing exceptional medical travel assignments for traveling professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Washington, D.C.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and individualized care to critically ill children and adolescents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU, including assessment, medication administration, and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric intensive care nursing.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 per year
