Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Advanced Provider to join our esteemed Primary Care medical team at Millennium Physician Group in Clay County/Jacksonville, FL.

Job Details

  • Part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (additional days for PTO coverage on an as-needed basis)
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Malpractice insurance coverage

* PRN schedule - as needed.

Responsibilities

As an Advanced Provider, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of patient care, providing high-quality medical services under the supervision of a physician, and recommending appropriate treatments, medicines, and therapies for optimal patient outcomes.

  • Chart patient progress and meticulously maintain detailed, accurate health records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree from an accredited institution, a valid license to practice as an APRN/PA Physician Assistant in Florida, and proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in primary care or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
