Oncology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncology Nurse to join our team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alabama.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred.
