  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including loading and unloading their luggage and answering any questions they may have
  • Collecting payments and issuing receipts in a professional and timely manner
  • Staying up-to-date on traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes as needed
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the vehicle for all riders
  • Scheduling regular car service appointments and reporting any issues
  • Booking car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional setting
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
  • Availability to work occasional weekend and night shifts
  • A polite and professional disposition, with the ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
