Job Summary

The Licensed Master Plumber is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is performed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to lead a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plumbing equipment and facilities.
  • Make decisions on complex repairs and report major problems to management.
  • Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and models to plan work layouts.
  • Review outside vendor projects and create punch lists.
  • Analyze and correct complex building system problems.
  • Maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and facilities in a clean and safe operating condition.
  • Determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs or projects.
  • Maintain logs, perform rounds, and make recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by reporting accidents and unsafe working conditions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 8 years of training and work experience, including 4 years in a DOL accredited Apprentice Program and 4 years working as a Journeyman Plumber.
  • Valid Master's Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement.
  • Valid Class 'C' driver's license.
  • Rudimentary ability to utilize hand-operated construction equipment.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and kneel/bend/stoop and perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time.
