Mixology Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving beverages and food to our guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Achieving high levels of guest satisfaction is crucial in this role, which offers numerous growth opportunities within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clean and organized bar areas, slicing and pitting fruit for garnishing drinks, and checking identification to verify age requirements for purchasing alcohol. You will also prepare and serve drink and/or food orders, issue guest checks, and complete payment processes while adhering to sustainability guidelines and safe work habits.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess high school diploma or equivalent, TIPS certification (a plus), previous bartending/mixology experience, and the ability to work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and different shifts. Food Sanitation certification is desired but can be obtained within 90 days of employment.

We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on market rates and location considerations.
