We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineering Technician to join our manufacturing core team. This role will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for production-related equipment and processes, ensuring seamless operations and meeting quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production and process controls, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or technical production support is required, along with a 2-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

About the Role

  • Provide proactive and reactive support for production-related equipment and processes
  • Routinely engage with the broader manufacturing core team to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Assist in designing test systems for product characterization, design validation, process validation, and production processes
  • Support the development of testing and validation protocols/reports
  • Possess a working knowledge of equipment and process control mechanisms
  • Ensure process and procedures adhere to internal and external requirements
  • Participate in Design transfer to Manufacturing
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives
