Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team at The Club at Chambers Creek. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing ingredients, and assisting with food preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and store dishes, equipment, and smallware in a sanitary and efficient manner.
  • Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to standardized recipes and prep lists.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations during peak hours.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying the supervisor of any shortages or items that need to be replenished.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the kitchen, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • A valid food handler's certificate or relevant certification.
  • Proven experience as a dishwasher/prep cook in a high-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb.
  • Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.
