About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • RN or LVN with a current, valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
