Job Title: Floor Care Lead

SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Floor Care Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities within the Floor Care Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and audit areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
  • Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities, including tracking equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
  • Perform quality, service, and safety inspections, and maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
  • Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, and willingness to share with the team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe and efficient use.
  • May be required to have a valid driver's license and completed all safety and task training certification.
Compensation and Benefits:

$19.00 per hour. Evenings, 5:00pm - 1:30am.
