Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the initiation and funding of new loans
  • Documenting loan transactions across diverse product categories
  • Performing essential loan maintenance within the core processing system
  • Upholding service level agreements and performance metrics
  • Preparing and executing payoff estimates and transactions
  • Providing outstanding customer support while addressing inquiries in a timely manner
  • Overseeing the renewal process for loan Lines of Credit
  • Ensuring the integrity of documents and data for compliance purposes
  • Monitoring and reconciling reports related to commercial loans
  • Daily reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
  • Generating necessary release documentation as required by operations
  • Maintaining accurate records of loan collateral in the core system
  • Processing reports related to commercial loans
  • Offering assistance to the Collateral and Origination teams as needed
  • Adhering to company policies and regulatory standards
  • Effectively utilizing Microsoft Office and specialized departmental software
  • Collaborating effectively within a team setting
  • Operating on-site equipment as required
  • Managing special projects as assigned
  • Staying informed about regulatory updates and participating in relevant training sessions

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with Commercial or Small Business Loans is advantageous
