Job Summary

Chrysalis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team on weekends. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as fragile medical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement Person-Centered Support Plans, ensuring the unique needs and goals of each individual are met.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents.
  • Assist with daily living skills, such as medication administration and personal care.
  • Participate in crisis situations, demonstrating good judgment and ability to handle pressure.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Pass and maintain a passable criminal background check and LEIE per state regulations.
  • Pass required controlled substance tests.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
