Job Summary:

Your responsibilities will include taking vital signs, assisting with patient interviews and care processes, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and phone management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen patients and record vital signs
  • Perform data entry through our Electronic Medical Record system
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
  • Disinfect and clean patient rooms
  • Assist physicians during exams and explain treatment plans to patients
  • Answer phone calls and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as registering patients and scheduling appointments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, with experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA desired
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to JCAHO hospital standards and PolicyStat policies
