Your Boat Club is on the lookout for dedicated part-time and full-time marina attendants who are available for morning shifts and weekends during the upcoming boating season at our picturesque location on White Bear Lake.
As a member of our Docking Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience at Your Boat Club, reporting directly to the Location Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of boats, including covering and uncovering for customer use.
- Assist customers by transporting their gear to and from boats.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
- Refuel boats as needed.
- Support end-of-season tasks such as power washing and other maintenance duties.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, with opportunities for advancement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The foremost skill required is the ability to provide exceptional customer service:
- Treat all members, renters, and guests with courtesy and respect.
- Go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience for everyone.
- Arrive on time, wear the appropriate work attire, and communicate effectively with the Location Manager.
- Experience in boating and fueling is advantageous, though training will be provided on-site.
- Familiarity with the local area and water body is a significant plus.
Work Environment:
Work hours may vary and are often dependent on weather conditions, which may lead to cancellations during inclement weather. You will have the chance to work outdoors in a stunning setting on White Bear Lake.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $13.50 per hour, with potential variations based on experience.

At Your Boat Club, we are dedicated to delivering the finest boating experiences that are both enjoyable and safe, without the hassle. Our journey began in 2009 with just five boats, founded by Luke Kujawa and Michael Jellish. Today, we proudly operate over 40 locations across four states, offering memberships, daily rentals, comprehensive marina services, and, at select locations, bike, UTV, and snowmobile rentals. Our primary goal is to ensure our existing members are satisfied by providing exceptional service, top-notch boats, and great availability. Each year, we recruit seasonal staff at various locations, seeking individuals who exemplify the qualities of an “A” type employee: friendly, professional, adaptable, and possessing excellent customer service skills.
