Job Summary

The Residence Inn Oklahoma City is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our team. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's public areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including buffing marble floors and shampooing carpets.
  • Deliver items to guest rooms, including express checkout and newspapers.
  • Handle luggage assistance and lost and found items in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Clean guest rooms as needed and maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
  • Assist in emergency procedures and complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift and effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
