Maintenance Planner

Brown & Root is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining job plans for field execution by our maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain job plans for field execution by the maintenance team.
- Walk scope of work and create detailed plans for activities involving preventative maintenance in plant units and equipment.
- Communicate service vendor needs and time frames to contractor coordinator.
- Work with engineers and maintenance personnel to develop plans that meet the time restraints of production time frames.
- Validate job plan readiness prior to PM scheduling.
- Use SAP to develop task lists for implementation into work order job packets.
- Build complete job packets for field maintenance technicians.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting P ID drawings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment involved in a plant environment, preferably chemical plants.
- 5+ years in a planner role within a maintenance environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
