Position Overview
This role involves engaging in repetitive tasks while adhering to quality standards within a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will contribute to the assembly of Trane products, including commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties include:

  • Executing progressive line assembly of components and sub-assemblies according to established methods.
  • Performing various tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machinery, and conducting quality inspections.
  • Reading and interpreting method sheets and assembly diagrams, along with following verbal and written instructions.
  • Utilizing sensory skills to identify quality issues and unsafe conditions.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and understanding relevant safety procedures.
  • Operating necessary tools and equipment, including power tools and measuring devices.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team and assisting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to apply fundamental math skills.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and a willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance. Candidates should be prepared to work in various environments and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
