Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is preferred Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of production machinery operation.
  • Ability to identify potential machinery issues.
  • Familiarity with basic safety protocols (safety equipment will be provided).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in basic math operations.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to communicate simple messages and maintain basic records.
  • Capable of following established procedures with minimal decision-making.
  • Able to follow directions from supervisors and managers.
  • Tasks and priorities will be assigned by supervisors/managers Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • This role may require standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
  • The employee may encounter hazardous conditions and must be able to work in confined spaces. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary. Exposure to extreme temperatures and high noise levels may occur.
  • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
  • Some travel may be required, including overnight stays, depending on job needs.
