Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our operating room team.

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.

• Current RN licensure and at least 2 years of Operating Room experience.
• BSN preferred, with commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• Knowledge of multiple specialties, with preference for ophthalmology and robotics.
• CNOR certification a plus.
